Oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations of the Incubator, including contracts, client company reviews, staffing, fiscal, facilities and space assignments. Assist Associate Director with promotion of Incubator and area business development.  Shared responsibility for 24/7 monitoring of building and specific equipment.

Secretary

Answers phone, greets clients and visitors, and assists with use of office equipment, conference rooms, Gator One cards, parking passes and other services. Maintains company and employee directories.  Organizes monthly networking socials.

Maintenance Facilitator

Duties include interacting with UF Physical Plant Division, outside contractors, Program clients, and UF personnel as needed.  Maintains the facilities in operational and safe condition including minor repair, cleaning and preventative maintenance of Incubator equipment. Responsible  for hazardous waste pickup, and shared responsibility for 24/7 monitoring of building and specific equipment.

Senior Fiscal Assistant (PT)

Handles all fiscal responsibilities of the Incubator. Purchase orders, P-Cards, reconciling of accounts as well as cost distribution.

IT Administrator (PT)

Responsible for all aspects of UF Incubator network, Lenel Security, and overseeing clients’ compliance with UF IT policies and procedures.

Lab Manager (PT)
